Rooms - simply decorated, very affordable with the nightstand, basic comforts, a sofa. Spectacular, unbeatable location just next door to - the Bay and restaurants.
I didn't find food which I wanted, so was a little disappointed.

Everything was very clean, helpful staff, best possible location not far from the great public transport of SF and Golden Gate and Fisherman's Wharf and many restaurants and shops. I liked the room with comfortable bed, my bed was comfy. And it was silent.

All good - we liked our stay - food was fine and fabulous staff. Wooden furniture and private bathroom, cable television, coffee and big windows in the room. The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a lovely area. Lots of food in the property, in-house restaurant. The facilities were excellent and easy to use.

Friendly check in and excellent service overall. Welcoming room, welcoming, had an elegant bathroom. The staff was amazingly great, I will never forget them. The location was fantastic, with a movie theater and bars easy walk to the hotel. Also, it was 2 miles from pier 39.
Views were not so nice.

Location and staff of this urban hotel were great. Worth every penny view, a beautiful balcony, great bed, too. The beach was wonderful. Again, marina district was a few steps. The pool was clean and the garden - beautiful. Fun stay, I loved it.

My experience at this straightforward hotel was awesome. Every detail was EXCEPTIONAL, including staff and location, I loved how fairly clean the property was. Quite close to the airport, 19 miles, perfect for an early flight. Fast check in and late check out.

Very lovely overall experience. Neat, nice new rooms and very wonderful location. The staff, in particular receptionist, were more than helpful. They have a fabulous restaurant, that was a definite bonus. The service is brilliant, includes free parking.

Worth its 2 stars. Location is excellent! As picky eaters we loved to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Pacific Catch couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.
